Is same-day dumpster delivery available?
In most cases, yes — book before 1pm on a weekday and we will fit you into that afternoon's delivery run. Orders placed after 1pm go out on the first route the following morning.
Where exactly do you place the container?
Any spot our truck can safely access — your driveway, side yard, or the street if you have a permit. Let us know which direction you want the door to face and we will set it accordingly.
Which size do most homeowners go with?
The 20 yard. It handles kitchen renovations and full-home cleanouts, and it is our most frequently delivered size in Brandon. If your project calls for less space, we will tell you and bring the 10 or 15 instead.
Does Brandon require a permit for this?
Not when the container sits on a private driveway. If it needs to go on a public street, Brandon requires a right-of-way permit — we will point you to exactly who handles that.
What materials are allowed in the dumpster?
Household clutter, furniture, renovation debris, roofing materials, decking, flooring and drywall. We cannot accept paint, fuel, tires, batteries or appliances that still contain freon. Yard waste, soil and concrete go in a separate heavy-debris container.
